We recently had our wedding in March at the Hotel Du Pont in DE and our DJ Paul Evans was truly amazing, helping us have the perfect experience we had planned and dreamed of. Paul is great to work with, offering his many years of experience while being super-flexible/understanding with all our craziness in the build up. His sage advice and the Silver Sound organizational tools he provided really helped us improve many parts of our wedding plan, and I feel everything turned out beautifully as a result. He worked great with all our vendors (including outside musicians for a portion), all the Hotel staff and our day-of coordinator to make sure we had all details figured out and so we could adjust as the day went on. It was a huge relief as I was quite overwhelmed at the time, and I knew even before we ever met in person that we had made the best decision! From the first planning call Paul was incredibly charming and personable (the British accent always helps), and I knew immediately hed be a huge hit on the day. Of course, immediately after the wedding we received positive feedback from many of our friends and family. We especially appreciated that his calm and affable manner helped make sure everything was on track, even in tough moments, and that he really keeps the fun flowing by knowing the dynamics of DJing. Its a mark of a great professional to recognize if certain songs werent hitting the mark to change things up slightly, or adding new songs and effects to feed the vibe. One of the highlights from our reception was his playing the Ken Song from Barbie (which I was too self-conscious to ask for prior) unasked, helping to bring my MojoDojo coat wedding gift to life! My wife and I cannot thank Paul enough for bringing his best to our wedding, for his time and great energy into the late hours, and how he helped turn all our planning and effort into amazing memories that well cherish forever.
