About Paul Evans

From an early age Paul wanted to design a Sound System that would move people across the dance floor; that passion became the company “Silver Sound Entertainment”. DJ for large scale events like the University of Pennsylvania Senior Formal eight years running with a twenty thousand watt ten point sound system and St. John Neumann Prom ten years running Paul turned his mixing and MC Talents towards Weddings. Paul moves across American, European and International music formats and has an understanding of Electronic Dance, Latin Dance and Ballroom genres. Paul is the Director of Special Events for custom Proms, Formals, Sweet Sixteen’s, Bar & Bat Mitzvahs and Corporate events. Paul is a certified Programmer and Systems analysis who designed the Silver Sound CRM & website experience to make it easy for prospective clients to connect with a great DJ and to Collaborate event details with their chosen DJ. Paul has been inspired by the late Steve Jobs; he is focused on systems and event design, is responsible for the implementation of the custom lighting systems in the Columbia Station and Barn on Bridge. Paul is an avid DJ/VJ Mixologist, Photographer, Videographer, Sound, Lighting and Event designer, Paul led Silver Sound to be over 1000 DJ events entertained in one year. Paul enjoys meeting people, partnering on special projects, attending networking events. Paul also enjoys renovating historical properties, walking, weight lifting, swimming, even Salsa dancing.
