Johnny V was fantastic! He kept the party going all night and made sure everyone was up and out of their seats and on the dance floor. The music was fire; we received so many compliments about it! Johnny V was such a fun part of our wedding day. He was easy to work with and made the planning process feel simple. We connected a few times before the wedding, and by the time the day arrived, we felt confident that everything was in good hands. Once the reception got going, Johnny really brought the energy. He kept the music flowing, played the songs that mattered to us, and did a great job getting people out on the dance floor. Our guests had a great time and had nothing but good things to say about him. I was hesitant to book a DJ for my daughters high school grad party..didnt think it was really necessary. I am SO HAPPY I did! Johnny made the whole party, literally! So much fun, such great energy, got everyone even teenage boys and the dads up and dancing. We danced all night! I would 100% recommend Johnny for any party you want people laughing, dancing and having the time of their lives. We are already thinking of the next event we can hire him for. Do yourself a favor and book him, you will be so glad you did!

Johnny V was the consummate professional in every way. He listened to our requests and student concerns, and delivered an evening that had every dancer on the floor. When we had an issue with the photobooth, he did everything he could to rectify the situation to our satisfaction. He checked with the adults before playing controversial requests from students and made everyone happy. I was thoroughly impressed with the entire night and will be requesting Johnny V in the future! Johnny was amazing for our wedding! He had everything well prepared beforehand and got to the venue very early. He had us set up perfectly and mic’d up well. Played all the songs we wanted and kept a great environment going on the dance floor and good energy. There was one small issue at the end of the night and while it wasn’t ideal to receive a phone call about missing equipment at the end of the night, I can understand his concern. Everything turned out ok and that’s all that matters. I would recommend Johnny V for any wedding/event!

He is very personable and you can tell this was not his first rodeo. He had the crowd on their feet and connected with them. Johnny V and Silver Sound Entertainment were the best possible choice I made for our party. They were super friendly, very professional and extremely attentive to our needs for our entire evening. So many guests came up to me to tell me how amazing the DJ was and how he "made" the party and I couldn't agree more! He was able to engage the entire crowd, young and old alike with a variety of songs and games for the children. There was never a lull on the dance floor. His affordability was the icing on the cake. I would hire him again and again if I were to have more parties in the future. We can't say enough good things about Silver Sound and Johnny V!

He arrived early to set everything up, was incredibly friendly and professional. He truly made the entire event more fun and memorable for everyone there. He didn’t just play music, he brought energy to the room. At one point he did a dance with guests per their request, which everyone loved. Johnny V nailed it! An absolute party! It was so much fun - his organisational skills, his handling of the milestone moment speeches & timeline event details, and his crowd interactions and MC deliverance. Everyone loved the DJ's music mixes. The energy never dropped, the transitions were perfect and they knew how to keep everyone engaged and on the dance floor for a 5-hr. Cocktail Style Reception. BUT, my favorite moment of the entire night? He actually let me jump behind the DJ booth and mix "Danzel - Pump It Up" into "Shots" ... (a Jersey Shore Thing) Johnny V already had our professional photographer prepared to capture it right there, and our crowd went CRAZY. It felt like a full-on NJ nightclub moment at my own wedding, which was our VIBE - a Miami Sheek Vibe (NY-NJ-Philly), and everyone is still talking about it. It was wonderful to have Johnny V for our wedding. From start to finish, he had everything planned out accordingly to what we discussed and envisioned. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DJ JOHNNY V!!! I planned my wedding remotely so strong communication with vendors was essential, and Johnny was definitely the most communicative. He was extremely thorough when asking questions to get a good idea of how I wanted my wedding to go- which was very helpful because some things he mentioned, I wouldnt have even thought to consider. It was obvious he has a ton of experience and really conducted the event with thoughtful guidance, which helped everything flow so smoothly. He did a great job of reading the crowd and knowing exactly what to play. I was glad he took initiative with the dance playlist because most importantly, I wanted people to stay on the dance floor, and he was successful with that. (he also passed out my glowsticks- which I wouldve totally forgot about!!) My friend played classical violin for my ceremony, and he invited her to play over our last party song & it was an awesome moment I will never forget. People havent stopped talking about how much fun it was. I was asked a million times, "where did you find this DJ?!" We are so thankful for DJ Johnny V!!

We can’t say enough good things about DJ Johnny V. In the weeks leading up to our wedding, he hopped on several calls with us and ironed out every detail. From the start of the day, the ceremony microphones sounded clear and balanced. When it was time to dance, the floor filled instantly and never let up, he straight up murdered the dance floor with his great song choices. All night our guests kept telling us how good he was and asking how we found him. Johnny absolutely delivered, and we didn’t have a single complaint. Highly recommend.

We had Johnny V join us at our wedding at Terrain Gardens and I cannot even begin to describe how incredible he was! He made the planning process super simple with the use of his playlist upload. We planned our entire wedding in less than 4 months and I cannot stress how helpful he was during that process. He kept the dance floor packed all night and helped me surprise my husband with an audio recording before I walked down the aisle. Johnny V is the best! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Johnny V kept our dance floor full the whole night, played all our song requests and was able to read the crowed and play songs to fit the vibe. He was great on the mic and seamlessly guided us and our guests through the night. Our guests are still raving about how good our DJ was and keep telling us theyve never been to a wedding where the dance floor was full the whole night. The dance floor was pretty much full from start to finish. When there was any lull, the DJ team made a change and got everyone back on floor. The teenagers loved the music and working with Johnny. Johnny V made our holiday party this year the best ever! Even though our parties are small (40-50 people) they tended to be low-key. Well that all changed with Johnny V!! In 2023, the DJ at my son‘s bar mitzvah was not great. When I was looking for a DJ for my daughter’s bar mitzvah in 2024, I was nervous and did not want to hire someone who was recommended but actually would not be what we discussed or agreed to. My apprehension resulted in me delaying the DJ selection. Johnny was recommended to me by a N. Jersey DJ who has been in the industry for a while. I was still nervous. I cannot express the gratitude I have for Johnny and his team member who went above and beyond for my daughter‘s bat mitzvah - from our first FaceTime meeting to the end of the party and everything in between. I was able to breathe easier knowing Johnny had everything he was hired to take care of under control - and he pivoted when needed effortlessly. Everyone who had attended my daughter’s bat mitzvah party is still raving about Johnny. His personality, management, and everything he did throughout the full night was impeccable. The crowd was moving, laughing, dancing, playing games and enjoying an overall amazing time from start to finish.
