Jean was absolutely incredible! He had everyone on the dance floor and kept the party going. He was amazing with interacting with the crowd and the music was on point. The groom and I were on the dance floor the whole time. 10/10 recommend!!

DJ Jean Jacques and his assistant DJ were very good. They knew how to mix, engage the families on the dance floor, and put the key dedications on at a great time. The uplights were on point for the purple theme of our wedding and they did wonderful on their selections for the processional music during the ceremony. We were very pleased with our fun night for a lifetime!

Just two things: 1. Jean didnt make the announcements I put on the website to be made about my daughters birthday. 2. Our Gobo was never delivered to us. I was told we would receive it but 6 months later, I havent seen it. Otherwise, I loved Jean. I would recommend him.

We had an absolutely great experience working with Jean Jacques! All of our guests had an amazing time and have been raving about how well everything was planned and pulled off. I huge part of this was the music. Everyone loved the music selection, the order of the music, and the flexibility of Jean jacques to incorporate requests. People also loved the enthusiasm that Jean Jacques brought to the evening. He can be seen dancing along with everyone else in random videos. We loved that. We would definitely recommend Jean Jacques to anybody looking for a great DJ for their special event.

Jean kept the party going and the dance floor was rarely empty! He confirmed my song choices and how my husband I would make our entrance. He also did a great job coordinating with my reception venue and my photographer to keep things flowing. Im glad that we chose Silver Sound and Jean for our reception. The only downside was toward the end of the night when my small reception room emptied out the music was too loud for some of the older guests.

Jean Jacques was an amazing DJ. He arrived early and set up very quickly. We had so much fun at our wedding and he was great with our guests requests. Jean was spot on with choosing songs that suited our wedding and even provided an iPod with songs for our sound system outside, which we werent expecting. We had a lot of fun with Jean and his assistant, who danced all night with our wedding guests. They exceeded our expectations in every way. We highly, highly recommend Jean Jacques!!

I could not be happier with the performance of Jean Jacques. He got there early and was completely set up and ready. We only did about half of our playlist and left the rest up to him and he did a great job. He played music that was exactly what we wanted during our cocktail hour, dinner, introductions, dancing, etc. Everything was perfect. His assistant also did a great job of checking in periodically to make sure everything was okay. I would recommend Jean to anyone. He did a great job and you could really tell that he wanted everything to be perfect. I cannot stress how pleased I was with his performance. Thank you Jean and thank you Silversound!

I cant tell you how pleased we were with Jean and his assistant at our wedding! The music was so incredibly lively and Jean, with his keen abitilities, recognized that our guests were loving the salsa music we requested, so he played even more. I have never been to a wedding where EVERYONE was out of their seats and on the dance floor - Im thrilled that exactly that happened at mine! Jean and his assistant were constantly on the move, having a great time, and even taught some of our guests to salsa! To this day, almost two months later, I continue to hear from our guests what a wonderful time they had at our reception, all thanks to Jean and his amazing skills as a DJ. By far the best DJ we had for any of our events. All of our guests commented on how well the DJ mixed the music up to fit our familys music style. The DJ did an excellent job announcing the wedding party and even got the most difficult names pronounced correctly. The DJ joined us in our celebration joining us on the dance floor. Jean Jacques did a great job helping my friends set up for the ceremony music--they said he was wonderfully helpful. Everyone is still talking about how much fun he and his assistant were-- they really enjoyed the wedding with us instead of just playing for us! The only constructive suggestion we would have is to consider the audience when choosing the order of songs (for example, if there are older folks in the audience, playing some oldies type music earlier on since they are the ones who typically leave earlier). Of course this is something that should have been more clearly communicated between us and Jean Jacques and was no way his fault. Again, just a suggestion as something to bring up maybe with future customers. Thank you Jean Jacques--we had so much fun and you did an amazing job!!

Jean Jacques was great! When we met with him the first time, we knew we wanted him to be our DJ. Hes very organized and really tries to get a sense of what the couple wants. We wanted to maximize as much dance time as possible and he was all about making that happen for us. It was also really important for us that everyone be on the dance floor, so when the older generation wasnt loving the hip hop songs we picked, Jean Jacques read the crowd and asked my husband if he could change it up a bit to get everyone involved. The rest of the night, he steered the perfect course between newer songs and classics that kept everyone dancing. As you can see from our picture, we were red-faced and sweaty at the end of the night, which is EXACTLY what we wanted!

I cant tell you ho wmuch we enjoyed working with Jean. We were very specific as it relates to songs and genres for our wedding and the fact that our goal was for EVERYONE to be up and dancing. Not only did he accomplish that but Jean also was gracious enough to explain and demonstrate latin dancing with a few of our guests. We hit a little snag early in the reception with the event sound. In addition to fixing it very quickly, Jean went above and beyond what he needed to do to help ensure it didnt happen again. All of our attendees commented that the music was great and that they enjoyed their experience at our wedding. The DJ is an integral part of that and we are very pleased with what Jean Jacques was able to do for us and our special day. Jean was a delight to work with, had a positive pleasant attitude and was very professional. We would most certainly recommend him again!

What can I say about Jean. Jean arrived on time looked good and was a pleasure to talk to. He played all the songs my daughter and her friends loved. Jean and his assistance were fantastic,professionsals, work great with young adults, kids and adults, I can not say enough about both of them, they made the party a lot of fun, integrate everyone, they dance and make everyone dance and had fun. Even if some people did not know how to dance Salsa they taught the audience and everyone was on the floor dancing. It was a difficult night because there were horrible thunderstorms/winds and water was leaking into the deck on Moshulu. But Jean Jacques came down from his set up a couple times to check on the loudness level and to check on when he should switch into the party/dance music. We had a great time and were very pleased with the experience.

We had people who wanted to guest dj and request weird songs and he was TOTALLY accomodating.
