Fred told me that he was new to Silver Sound and said that it was very important to him that he receive a good review. My comment to him in a conversation before the wedding was "Impress me". Well, he certainly did. Fred was very accomodating for our wedding. A couple highlights: 1. I am a difficult person to get a hold of, Fred was great as far as communication through e-mail, phone, and cell phone. 2. Fred worked with my aunt and cousin so that my aunt could sing two special songs for us at our wedding. Everything sounded perfect. 3. I picked a rare Barry Manilow song (Who Needs to Dream) for our "second wedding song". Fred found the song and used the wording I requested to let my husband know that I picked the song especially for him because of the beautiful words. 4. Fred was very patient with us - we waited until the last minute to pick the groom/mother song. 5. I am so glad that Fred sent us a "script" ahead of time so that we knew what to expect before hand and during the wedding. There were no surprises and everything flowed smoothly. 6. Fred was nice enough to give us a copy of the songs that he played during cocktail hour since we missed most of it due to taking pictures. It was a very nice surprise and the CD is awesome!!! 7. We

Steve did a wonderful job with our wedding! We met him just one time about 10 months before our wedding and we instantly clicked with him! He was extremely friendly and easy-going- a good personality is key to working well with your vendors during wedding planning! He made sure that our reception went smoothly- and it did! We had made a last-minute change to our reception and he accomodated us quickly without hesistation. Steve really made an effort to make sure he knew all of the bridal party and parents' names right before the introductions at the reception- nice job with the pronounciations! (Indian and Italian names can be difficult to prounounce, but he did a terrific job.) Our relatives still cannot stop talking about how they had such a great time at our wedding and reception- we owe many, many, many thanks to Steve- thank you!!!
