Steve exceeded our expectations and delivered a top notch professional performance. Steve did a great job at our wedding! Many guests commented on how excellent he was. He led a new "electric slide" type dance and did it with our guests! Steve was an excellent master of ceremonies. He had the crowd on their feet from the first song to the very last song. I never sat down once all evening! His tactic to get guests on the dance floor was very unique and it worked like a charm. The wedding coordinator said his sound system was the best they had ever had at their Inn. This was our second experience with Silver Sound and I intend on coming back when my third son gets married. Your DJs are absolutely the best there is, professional in every way. Steve did an exceptional job at our reception. From the introductions to the last dance, he had everyone engaged and excited to be part of the fun. Steve was the MAN! We had a lot of obscure songs on our playlist and he found every one. He made sure all the details were covered but wasn't overbearing. He was an absolute professional but also was very personable. He produced jam after jam. The beats were so strong my grandma turned her hearing aid down so she could come to the dance floor and do the robot. It was out of control! My only complaint was that it didn't "last till 6 in the mornin'..." (as Snoop would say). I would recommend Steve to anyone who likes awesomeness. Thanks again Steve!

Everyone loved Steve at the wedding! I had a ton of compliments about the DJ we had chosen. I dont know what to say... Best wedding DJ ever! Keep in mind, I'm a hyper critical jerk who always finds flaws. I was the groom. I'm allowed to complain! Seriously though, Steve was outstanding. Talking to him on the phone, he picked up on what Jenny (my wife) and I wanted as the evening progressed. He is polite and courteous. He followed our schedule precisely. He followed our song list and song restrictions. He introduced everyone clearly. He cooperated with random requests from our guests and kept everyone dancing. I have not heard anything bad about Steve from any of our guests. My wife and I spent a lot of time listening to bands at showcases and talking to other DJs. We chose Steve despite his slightly higher cost. He was worth every penny.

Steve was incredible! He was able to get everyone up on the dance floor all the time. I had so many people ask where I got him during the wedding that I had to ask him for cards. We went to a Chicago wedding the following saturday, and no one was on the floor. The DJ played songs, but other than announcing a few things it all fell flat. I had been so concerned that no one would dance - but not a problem. It was so successful that I extended the party for an hour. I even got a thank you note commenting on how great the food was and the DJ! I can't wait for another reason to use Steve again. I'm not sure I can put into words how great Steve was performing at our wedding. He really seemed to know just how to get the party started and when to slow it down. The best part was when he brought every person onto the dance floor, surrounding me and Brian, for a serious moment, even having everyone close their eyes and send us good vibes... only to suddenly break into a fast dance song which got everyone moving - and it only got better from there! When he asked for five "hot" guys to come out on the dance floor (which eventually led into a conga line), it was about the last five guys in the room I would have guessed would've obliged him, which only goes to show that a good time was had BY ALL. So many people came up to us and told us how awesome our DJ was and we agree. We will recommend him to anyone who is planning a wedding or any other event requiring music. I don't think that we could even find the words to describe how pleased we were with Steve. We decided that we would defer to the DJ and let him choose pretty much every song except for the biggies. Steve is the best! We just can not say enough good things about him! My fiance and I dated for 13 years, so when a wedding was finally in the planning stages we wanted everything to be perfect. He met with us, was an absolute joy, and was the ONLY choice. Unfortunately, perfection was not meant to be. When my younger sister was tragically killed, Steve was beyond sympathetic, offering to help with groceries, etc. I just could not believe the generosity. There are no words to describe how wonderful Steve was at our wedding. From the ceremony to the cocktail hour to the reception, he was absolutely amazing. Everything ran so smoothly and really was due to his hard work and commitment both during the wedding as well as before the wedding. He took time to come to our house to meet with us, answered about 25 emails a day from me, and went through everything on the day of the wedding with both myself and my bridesmaids and didn't miss a beat. First, let me just say that Steve did an AMAZING job at our wedding. He far exceeded any expectation that we may have had. When we started planning our wedding, we knew music was one of, if not, the most important part of the reception. We had been to many weddings where the DJ was an absolute nightmare (playing songs from the do NOT play list, playing the same song multiple times, constant talking, etc.) so we wanted to be sure we found the perfect person to play at our wedding. From the first meeting with Steve, we knew he was a great person and he was going to do an incredible job! Steve did a wonderful job and was lively and fun without being overinvolved or cheesy. He checked in with us several times throughout the reception to make sure everything was ok and if we needed anything. He played a lot of songs that we hadn't requested but that were exactly the type of music we wanted to hear, he seemed to know our preferences without us even telling him. Steve was so helpful throughout the planning process as well, anytime I had a question or a concern I could call him and he'd help me sort it out. Steve was awesome! My guests are still talking about how great my DJ was at our wedding! He didn't overpower the crowd with unnecessary chit-chat, but kept everyone on the dance floor. Steve did an absolutely amazing job! We knew from our first meeting with him that he was "the one" for us, however he proved it 100 times and then some at our wedding. He was set up on time, played a nice selection during cocktail hour and had our dance floor packed ALL night. He played most of the songs on my play list and added a bunch of others that fit perfect with our personalities. People have been raving about how much fun our wedding was due to the music. We were comfortable with him from second one, as his demeanor is extremely friendly and relaxed, yet professional. Everyone got a huge kick out of his "Italian Prayer" trick to get everyone out on the floor dancing. All the guests loved him and he had a great big smile on his face the entire night. He kept the dance floor moving and played all of our key songs. The dinner music was perfect! If we ever have another even that requires music we'll be sure to book Steve far in advance!
